The Bethel Endowment Fund was created in 2023 to support the mission and ministry of Bethel AME Church – Ann Arbor. This permanent fund allows gifts of all sizes to grow over time and provide lasting support for the church and its future.
Right now, the fund’s main focus is the Scholarship Ministry, which helps students continue their education after high school. The ministry supports both students from the greater Bethel AME Ann Arbor community who can benefit from this encouragement.
While scholarships are the current priority, the fund may support any purpose that aligns with the church’s mission and is approved by the Steward Board. An endowment is one way we prepare for the future—recognizing that needs may change, but our commitment to service remains the same.
